Owner & Operator of Frances's Friendly Childcare

Mrs. Frances, has lived at 12802 Pinecrest Road in Fox Mill Estates with her husband since 1992. She opened Frances’s Friendly Childcare that same year and has been caring for children ever since. With over 26 years of experience, she has raised more than 125 children, some of which are university graduates now. In all of her career, she has had nothing but positive and amazing reviews.

In addition to being a fully state licensed daycare provider with First-Aid, CPR & MAT certifications, Mrs. Frances is actively involved with continued training courses and furthering her expertise!

Nutrition can affect everything including how you feel, grow, and think. We provide nutrition packed foods and keep logs so you know exactly what your kids are eating. Allergies? Want to provide your own food? No problem. Just let us know and we’ll accommodate!

SAFETY

Our absolute number one priority is your children’s safety. Our facility is state licensed and fully complies with all regulations, including full-time camera monitoring. Mrs. Frances is also First-Aid, CPR and Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified, ensuring your children are always in safe hands.

I've been a working mom while raising my kids and Frances was the most incredible caregiver for my son, Nick, who first met "Mommy Freena" when he was just shy of 2 months old. Frances gave Nick thoughtful care, a safe environment, lots of activities to keep him busy and learning and lots of loving attention. He thrived under Frances' care. She continued to care for Nick until he went to pre-school, and then often after that for other visits when my work schedule required extended hours. I cannot recommend any childcare provider more highly than Frances--she cared for Nick as if he were her own. We recently reconnected--Nick is now a junior at MIT studying computer science. He has the greatest fondness to this day for Frances. She is like one of our family. Our hearts are forever connected.

Mrs. Frances and her husband have become an extension of our family - which is what I was hoping for when I selected a home daycare. My children are truly loved and receive excellent (and professional) care. The daycare has large windows, which let in lovely light - especially important in the cold months. On weekends, my toddler asks to see everyone at daycare (a testament to the fun he has), and I am continually impressed by his toddler manners (a quality I can hardly take credit for!).
